Please find below two attachments
1. Sponsors request letter - Please make contact with business in the next few weeks to identify who will be asssiting us with sponsorship for the 2010 convention. It would be appreciated if those members who approached business last year could approach the same business this year - let me know if there are any issues or concerns please.

2. The second attachment is a Flyer providing information on the convention - an entry form will follow early in 2010. It is preferable to identify the sponsors so their names can be on the final entry form and on the score card, the latter is printed by NSW Fisheries at no cost.

The Sea Bees Lake Lyell Convention each year is a great Club event bonding not only club members but also other ANSA friends from other Clubs. Please assist in making the 2010 Convention another success.

Hi all,
Please find attached:
1. Flyer providing details about the 2010 Lake Lyell Convention.
Some events have been reduced this year but additional runner up trophies will be presented which will end up being about the same number of trophies awarded as in previous years. Note that convention ends slightly earlier on the Sunday morning this year. Hopefully we all get home a little earlier especially those who will be staying behind to assist in cleaning up all the gear associated with the convention. It should also assist those travelling longer distances.

2. Also attached is the Entry Form.
It is important to fill in all details and SIGN prior to submitting to Treas. Bill.
Cheers - CB3

Looks great Dave,
When does your mother want it back to do her washing?
The only thing we might need is a tray under to collect any ash.
Well done
